I have looked forward to filling in the bricks on my house each day. I am encouraged to get just a little more exercise, or drink a few more cups of water. I make sure I fill in 6 bricks each night for eating 3 fruits and 3 vegetables. This is fun! THEN I have been able to reward myself with bowling and $ towards smaller clothes. ( That will be awhile for me, but I am motivated. )
So February is off to a good start, and I feel wonderful.
I'd feel a little better if my foot didn't hurt because of the plantar fasciitis. But I'm able to move enough to drop some weight. I have lost 8lbs now!!!
I had to pray for strength this morning because I was craving something chocolate and I didn't need it, I had just finished breakfast. So with the Lord's help I went and brushed my teeth and moved on. Hallelujah!
