I wonder why I only write in my blog when I'm really feeling positive. The plateau is over. I was fluctuating and finally its over. I usually get discouraged when I plateau starting out and give up. I stuck with it this time and its working. So glad I stuck with it. This Paleo way of eating is SO EASY for me.
