Finally, broke through the minor plateau, and just in time for my *gulp* 31st birthday, which is today. Holy crap... 31. That's such a trip. At any rate, that's 2 more pounds I've dropped, bringing it to a total of 8 pounds so far.
I'm actually seeing a change in my shape. The most noticeable difference is my belly always looks flat now, and my hip flexors are becoming quite prominent. Must be all of those squats and lunges I've been doing. As for my belly, I've never had much of a problem with a bulge. I've never been pregnant and my body shape has always been quite proportionate, regardless of my weight. But before I got back to exercising, I was always a bit bloated. Now, I never am.
So anyway, I really don't have much planned for today. Rob is still in bed, but he's wished me a happy birthday twice so far. I've been getting a bunch of messages on Facebook, which is nice. I may go help Rob clean up the deli today, if he's planning on going. Or I'll just stay home and watch some movies on Netflix. Why not? It's my day!
