(My thoughts for the day)
Losing weight really does require a lifestyle change.
Many people have told me that over the years, but I'm really starting to "get it".
I mean...Im reeeeeeeally starting to get it.
If I want results, I really have to focus......and when I focus, I must focus on one pound at a time, not 10 or 20 pounds at a time, like I used to.
Overall, I am now comfortable with this lifestyle change of eating healthier foods (lots of fruits and vegetables and less cheeseburgers and french fries) and I am enjoying exercising 3 times a week.
My goal for February is to lose 4 pounds. I lost one pound this week and now I have 3 more to go.
