Well my first Physical Theraphy starts this coming monday. For the time being I am determinted to start working my upper body again with weights to keep the muscles lean and toned. I plan on not doing any exercise DVD's for at least about roughly 2 months to make sure my knee is healed fully. It likes to still dislocate sideways and then pop back in which will keep the bruise from healing up so I have to be very careful.
