Brainstorming a List of New Healthy Foods...I'm Getting SO BORED!

While I love salads, yogurt, oatmeal, and fruit, I can get sick of them pretty quickly, and that's dangerous if I don't plan ahead. So it's time to brainstorm...

Healthy snacks that I can find in Thailand:

To keep in the apt:
Pre-packaged nuts
Sushi sheets
Asparagus and dip
Broccoli, too!
Zespris (Kiwis)
Jello-thingys
More milk boxes, new flavors or try the soymilk

To buy on the streets:
Tofu cubes
Fresh fruit smoothies
Chicken and veggie stir-fries
Som tam (the place that uses less sugar)
Kung Pao (the corner place)
Noodle bowls and broth (without fish balls...ekk)

    That food sounds delicious! Minus the tofu :)

    One question though, how does one eat a sushi sheet? Do you break it into pieces? Does it get soggy as you eat it?

    We have a lot of asian markets here in Colorado. Your blog inspired me to get some of the foods you listed. Thanks!
