I am up way tooooo early on a Saturday. The days of sleeping in are over. So - getting up to enjoy the peace and quite of my home with a nice hot cup of coffee are in order for a lovely beginning of a powerful day.
I had a good week with my food plan and lost 4 lbs. YEAH! I put a couple of pounds on over the holidays and they will be gone very soon and I am then actively taking off 10 more pounds to get to a "hopefully" new low for me.
This past year of a good cardio plan, weight lifting and muscle building plan, along with my Yoga practice has made me strong. I know now that getting a bit leaner will accentuate the toning I've accomplished and help me move further with my full body plan.
For now, I am concentrating on the weight loss and cutting back on body building to give me the energy I need to lose fat. You'd think after 100 lbs of fat loss, I would be done, but no...I have more work to do. Yeah me ;-(.
today, I have a great workshop to attend, a 90 minute cardio zumba blast that I will begin now to prepare for. I will eat a light meal of healthy veggies and fruit and then go sweat!
