Another quote that is so very true!!! I'm so glad my motivation to live a healthier live has/is turning into a habit! How about you?

    I'm working on a plan to follow "body-for-life" for 12 weeks. I'm looking to get rid of the excess body fat that has been way too attached!

Exercise is a "habit for me. -- Working on the eating angle since I'm getting it finally... I can't be healthy just chasing poor diet w/ exercise!

    Motivation is really important the older you get. If you don't have any, you'll just sit and it will turn out that that's all you are able to do. I get as much exercise as I can and with Spark People I try to keep my mind going. That's a good habit!!
