its been awhile...

Ive definitely been slacking for a couple years on here. sheesh.

I was laid off back in July, and I spent the summer going to the gym and tanning in the pool....VERY therapeutic. But now, I spend all my time in my room laying around. I havent been to the gym in months, I rarely leave my house. A lot of it is due to financial issues, but Ive got enough exercise equipment here to be able to do something about my weight and overall body outlook.

Im slowly doing yoga again. My body definitely needs stretching. Im trying to start a little bit at a time...slowly make it a habit.

Im in a wedding next month, and I dont want to look all flabby.

the boob tube firming cream I got from the bliss spa website does wonders, but I dont want to depend on product.

Im really hoping I'll make a dent in losing some weight now. I just need the motivation.

    I totally believe in the at home non traditional gym. I use workout videos with soup cans :) emoticon

    You made the first step, now it's time to set your first goal. You can do this. You have an event to look forward to. Work towards making progress before this time. Set a few simple goals and see some early successes. Get moving, even if its only 15 minutes a day. You can do this.
