because it is time to get off the computer and relax a bit. Some days when you are on it all day for work, it's just too much to get home and log right back in again. I'll be back on later tonight (I'm sure ) or early tomorrow morning with my coffee!
I decided today to change up my tracking. I've been off this week with my recording of everything and even though I know I've been pretty good, I've got to make myself accountable. My BH has been using MyFitnessPal to record his food intake, and I have to say, I think it is much more efficient.
SP! It even has a UPC scan function which makes bringing up the food quite seamless! So I have downloaded it to my phone, and starting using it today. The other nice option is that when I put in my morning run, it took my calories burned and adjusted my calorie intake accordingly, so I know if I can eat a little more (or less) to stay within my range. I am going to give it a try and see if it gets my scale moving again (besides it's easier to have one tracking method for both of us)!
I also decided to just do the QuickTrak on SP for now and see how that goes....
I will continue to spin the wheel, check in with my SP friends and teams, and blog...because when you get right down to it, you are the ones that make this journey interesting and keep me going!
