Did not sleep real well last night. Had to attend a funeral today (neighbor's father) I made it a point to have a good healthy breakfast, as I figured that the food at the funeral reception would be a little sketchy. I had once slice of wheat bread, one slice of cheese & one (paper thin) slice of ham, a very small portion of green bean casserole & I finished it off with one small piece of red velvet cake with delicious cream cheese was to kill for, but I still have over 600 calories left over & I feel good that I did not have "one of each" from the dessert table. Before SP, I would have made a "killing" fact I would have STARTED there... I have a plaque hanging in my kitchen that reads...Life is desserts First...ANYway...that is the latest from me...Have a great weekend...BTW...weigh-in isn't until Sunday, but I'm down another lb. Thank You, Lord & thank you, SP & SP friends...Take care...
