Down but not out!

I've been struggling with back pain from a fall I took on ice a week ago. Up to yesterday I managed some cardio most days but now I have to give my cardio workouts up for a while as the pain is worse. It's weird to sit around all day after 13 months of almost daily cardio training. It's also a struggle to eat within my target range. Hope this gets better soon.

    Oh my goodness did you hurt yourself badly?

Its (still) a huge fear of mine, falling and really injuring myself...I often get irrationally scared.

Could you do some of the chair based exercise work outs designed for people with limited mobility?

    so sorry to read this. It's better to rest and heal than workout when your body says NO! I'm sure the habits you have started will not be scuppered by this setback, you are a true Sparker and exercise is in the blood!
