Went to my first yogalates class tonight, I saw it and thought I would give it a go! I'm trying to try all of the different classes my gym offers - they are included in my £30 a month fee so I might as well work out what works for me!
So yogalates is a bit different to the yoga I'm used to, there are less 'poses' and more stretches. I can just about work out where the yoga and pilates overlap. It was more of a workout than yoga, and there was a lot of focus on core strength. I enjoyed it though, will definitely go next week. I've got spinning in the morning so I don't want to tire myself out on Friday night!
Home made chicken korma and brown rice for tea (mmmm).
