Wow.. now the countdown enters the double digits!

As for me, I had an eating/grazing night last night, but I accounted for it. And hey, that's what weeklies are for, right? :)

And I didn't exercise last night, but I WILL tonight. If the treadmill is too jerky (and would be counted as dead)... I will either use the PS3 or Wii to do some "jogging" or just bite the bullet and put on my headlamp and go outside. (I work until 6pm, home by 6:30 and its dark by that time..another reason I can't wait until spring/summer and longer daylight hours.)
