Here we go again

Ok.....My two girls and I are going to set a goal to try to do a 5 K this spring . How fun is that!?
But have to get in condition again first. LOL.... I KNOW we can all three walk the full 3.2 miles.....but it would be really nice if we could run about 1/3 of it. This should really motivate me to stay on track and get my extra weight off. Wish me luck.

    Awesome!! You will SO be able to do a 5 k. You are aware that that is only 3.2 miles. right? :) Start looking for us one in May. And it seems to take a few weeks for the weight loss to catch up to the work...... honest.

    Are you ready?! 2.10 miles today! Now, this was a walk ... then jog... then walk... then jog for a little bit, but I did it! Woohoo!! Too bad I'm not losing weight. But no matter what, it HAS to be doing something good for me, right?! I WILL be able to do a 5K. Soon!
