Ok.....My two girls and I are going to set a goal to try to do a 5 K this spring . How fun is that!?
But have to get in condition again first. LOL.... I KNOW we can all three walk the full 3.2 miles.....but it would be really nice if we could run about 1/3 of it. This should really motivate me to stay on track and get my extra weight off. Wish me luck.
