Well, I got hit with a sinus infection and ear infection for the past 2 days. That is not good for me because when I feel like poo, all I want is junk. Yesterday I had 2 brown sugar and cinnamon Pop Tarts for breakfast, cinnamon toast for lunch and pancakes for dinner. Can we say sugar and carbs? Ugh! I'm back on track today though and I actually lost weight since Monday. WTH? I still have not figured-out how my body works! Anyway I'm giving my new plan the rest of this week and all of next week before I do Adkins. I'm really wanting to be able to do this on my own though and not be on a "diet".
