Sorry vs. Sore

Today, I got off my behind and walked my dog who has been going stir-crazy in the house. I have worked all week + classes at night. It's def cold here but going out today sent blood pumping through my veins and I felt great. I had a happy dog to boot!! When I got home from the walk, I powered through some cleaning and had a healthy breakfast of oatmeal with pumpkin mixed in and now I am ready to head off to work. Hope the day continues like this. Afternoons are my hardest time and after the kids go to bed. Somehting about binging when no-one can see you makes it caloriefree???

    Stay busy and keep moving. Focus on the next thing you are goign to do and don't pause in between....Unless it is to take a deserved nap. You can do it.!

    Try using the nutrition tracker, especially for those times when you feel no one is watching and you want to binge. That way the tracker is making you watch yourself. It's like placing a hidden camera on yourself so you will never really be alone.
