Work has been really draining this week. But I have been keeping up with my fitness!
Monday - Zumba
Tuesday - 2 mile run
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - yoga/walk on treadmill
Friday - 2.5 mile run
Tomorrow is a 3.5 mile group run, and I am ready to rock it!
17 weeks pregnant now and still feeling great!
