I have had an up and down week.
I have increased my routine from 20 - 30 mins 3-4 days a week to 50 mins 3 -4 days a week and 20 mins 2-3 days a week - with little intervals of exercise. (I will explain in a minute) My appetite has increased and I AM HUNGRY.
I typically only eat 3 meals and two snacks and I am good - staying within my 1200 - 1550 calorie range... but this HUNGER attacks have put me over into the 1600 range - and even 1700 range.
Soooo today I officially changed my weekly goals for burning calories - but my calorie intake did not change at all - at least NOW I know why I have not lost anything. Not just due to the extra intake but if my calorie intake did not budge and I have increased my activity level to burn twice the calories - I FEEL so confused. lol and I have been at this journey to health for a long time.
So onward and forward - my little bursts or intervals of exercises include when I take out Brutus I no longer stand by the door waiting for him, I take 4 - 5 trips around the drive way - as you can see by this half a pic of the driveway - I have a big circle drive.
When I am on the phone I will do squats or stretches.
When I sit at my desk - I do some desk exercises.
While in the car - I will do some tummy holds.
While I am cleaning I will clean in the motion of some of the exercises we do with Coach Nicole on her videos. I know it sounds silly but every little bit counts - and no I do not track these... they are just my added little bonus for wanting to LOOK good for Donny's wedding.
So I have decided I will have two salads a day. One for lunch and one for my night time snack. I cannot beat it - it is 120 calories and another serving of veggies and a bit of protein.
Onward and forward.
Oh and by the way: I need a SHOUT out - I finally had a perfect attendance LOL -

and I am meeting my goal of 100 points a day. My fitness goal this month is 500 minutes. I am half way there!
