I just got some new vitamins and supplements in the mail and I'm hoping they make a difference. I am taking apple cider vinegar tablets ( I have the raw acv with the mother, but can't manage to take it consistently, so I'm trying tablets). I am also taking cinnamon, it's supposed to be good for blood sugar stability, a good thing for weight loss. I also bought coconut oil gel caps for when I don't want to take a teaspoon in my tea. I have to take about 4 or 5 (I've been doing 4) to be close to a teaspoon, but sometimes I just don't want to taste it. So, that's been working well. Also I bought a whole food multivitamin to see if I notice a difference. I bought a calcium (citrate) magnesium supplement as well because I noticed, when I was tracking, that both of those were low for me. I don't want to get osteoporosis or anything, so I thought that would be a wise move. I've also gotten quite a few cavities in the last several years. The last thing I bought was salmon oil. I had been taking krill a short time ago and a while in the past, but I did not notice a difference. The salmon oil I bought is high quality and cheaper than krill. And a bonus, no fish burps. Krill alone doesn't give fish burps, but other fish oils definitely do.
My goal is for all these supplements to help me achieve good health and of course weight loss. I figure a healthy body will release unneeded weight better than an unhealthy one.
One last thing to mention is the fact that I've been upping my fruits and veggies. When I get hungry between meals, I'm trying to go for a fruit or veggie first. Then if I'm still hungry, I reach for either another fruit or veggie or go for something else that I'm wanting.
My weight has been cooperating so far and I'm on a downward trend. I've been trying some positive self talk and it seems to be helping.
