This is so true, and I love this quote :)
Only 5.6 pounds to go until my first goal marker, which marks a loss of 13 lbs. for this girl. When I get to 190, I am trying on a pair of my skinny jeans. Seeing how much better they fit (althought they may not be ready to wear) will inspire me to keep on working!
Plus, Kyle says he can tell I am working hard :) It seems like my face is a little thinner, but at the same time I feel likemy belly shrunk a bit. But then again, it could be wishful thinking.
Regardless, I am happy with my progress. Drinking lots of water each day has really helped! I also feel like eating about 1700 calories instead of 1550 has helped speed things up. Dad is fianlly on board with helping me eat. He explained it's not what you eat, it's your portion size that you need to be smart about.
Saturday morning we are going to iHop, and I am just so thrilled so be able to enjoy it!
Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try, and I am trying really hard to better myself :)
