no more double knees

I was sitting in my chair this morning trying to wake up, I looked down at my knees and realized that the little pudgy (extra knee) I had on the sides of my "original" knees are gone. WOW! what a great feeling to actually see that they no longer exist. This mean I am one step closer to having that long awaited for space between my legs. You know that space that all the skinny people have when they stand with their feet together. Yeah that one!
20 minutes of kickboxing yesterday and my body is killing me. I am going to do 30 minutes of it today and see where it gets me. It's quite possible it just might make me sick, but it's worth it.
Probably a little bit TMI but it's my blog so here it goes. For as long as I can remember I have had to wear panty liners 24 hours a day because my blood sugar was so high and my bladder would all the time. I am proud to say that for three days now I have not had to wear a panty liner because my bladder doesn't leak anymore. I am sure it is a mixture of the weight loss and my blood sugar staying under control, but either way its a good feeling to know you don't have to wear a diaper anymore.
I started my new job this past Monday. After not working for two months I find it quite challenging to be on a schedule. I have to do my homework with my online classes, do my workout, clean my house, and after all that is done, before you know it its time to plan my menu and prep food for the 9 hours I will be out of the house. Sparkpeople has really helped me with staying on track. I could actually go as far as saying that Sparkpeople saved my life. Oh by the way, I am keeping my blood sugar in check medication free! With strict diet and exercise everyday I am keeping my blood sugar below 150 at all time. My fasting blood sugars are awesome! I am so used to being in the upper 200s and 300s when I get to close to the 100 mark I actually feel sick. I am learning to embrace my new body as it learns to embrace me.
