So today was the end of week 2. I lost 2.5lbs; half of what I lost the first week. I was a little bummed out but I have to just remind myself that a pound lost is a pound lost. Even if I don't "win" this week's weigh-in ... I'm still winning in my overall success. Some weeks aren't going to be quite as much as I hope for but I need to stick with my program to see the long term benefits.
On a similar note - I've decided that I need to up my energy level when I play Just Dance. I've begun to realize that when a song is played that I don't really care for, my energy level drops. A lot. So on those songs, I'm not going to focus on doing a "half-assed" attempt at the movements but jump around and get my heart rate going - screw the points. I just wish there was a "skip" function once in non-stop shuffle mode. Oh, well.
