I've reset all my trackers back to zero. I'm ready to start again. This time I'm going to get my family in on the fun. We bought a scale a few days ago and everyone was surprized to see how much more they weighed then they thought. I knew what my weight was already because I had just been to the doctor's office in the morning. Cripes.....even our cat is fat. She tips the scale at 17#'s.

My biggest hurdle is cooking. I HATE it! There is always something I need from the grocery store to complete a recipe. I know that better planning will help me avoid this so that's one of my new goals. Time was always an issue too when it came to cooking. I'm no longer working OT so no excuses.

I'm with you....I hate to cook. Thank goodness my family is not picky. We eat lots of freggies and other stuff that hangs around the frig and cabinets. Most of the time when I actually cook my family does not like what I have made anyway.

I always so admire (and truth be told, envy), people who once and for all get a handle on living a healthy lifestyle and sustain their weight loss. For the rest of us, it is steps forward and steps back. I am trying to re-start too, after an unhealthy food choice holiday season. The good news is I didn't fall off the exercise. So, good luck on your re-start and getting your family to join in. I'll be stepping along with you.
