In high school I only weighed 140 lbs. I walked everywhere and only ate when I was hungry. I would eat junk food but I was active so it didn't add up. After I met my ex and had my first child I gained a little but not much less than 10 lbs. My ex then started to encourage me to eat more. When I was expecting my second child he would make me feel guilty if I said I was full. I started to lose the ability to know when I needed to stop eating. He kept encouraging me to eat, I think he was worried that if someone else found me attractive I would leave him. He wanted to control everything I did from what I wore to what I ate. Even when I left him I still did many things the way he had me do them. My eating habits were really bad. I am now in a wonderful, healthy marriage and that has helped me a great deal. My wonderful husband is supportive and just wants me to be healthy. It is nice to have someone believe in you and only want the best for you. So to my wonderful husband thank you for supporting me and being there for me.
