I knew that as soon as I publicly acknowledged my weight loss that it would cease.... yep, my weight hasn't gone down in a few days. Hey here's a thought, maybe I should add exercise back into the equasion! LOL... 'bout time. =)
I still feel really good and have little to no desire to "cheat" with higher fat foods. If I want something, I generally just have it and then either try to make up for it that same day or the next. The fat has been creeping up for a few days and I really want to get that number back down where it should be.
