I am so proud of myself. I set a goal for today, and achieved it. The goal was to get my strength and walk done, and I did them both. 5 mile walk and 20 minutes of strength (plus a 10 minute warm up/cool down). I'm already feeling sore from ST and am probably going to hurt tomorrow. Waiting for Hubby to get home so I can take a shower (so I don't feel like I have to rush or that the house might burn down). I got really lucky today that the boy's cooperated. I expected to have to split up my walk, but N took a great nap. The only issue I'm having is that it's past 9pm and N is still awake. In bed, but awake. Now L is in there and he's complaining about something. Not that I care so much, mornings are Hubby's. I didn't get done all of the house work, but I'm headed that way since Hubby is still at work for who knows how long.

Tomorrow's Goals:
5 mile walk
Clean the Bathrooms
Clean the Floors
Kitchen

    Keep stretching for the soreness. That should help some. ANd well done on achieving your goals!
