Only 9 days until my hubby gets back!
This is a very good thing for many reasons, but one spark-worthy reason is he helps take some of the parenting and houshold pressure off of me! The kids and I have been extremely busy the past few months and the stress is starting to get to me. I'm seeing old habits creeping back up on me. I have even gained about 2 lbs in the past two months. I know it's not a lot, but little bits add up quickly, especially when you're not paying attention.
Exercise has still been a priority - I'm training for a half marathon in the spring. My eating habits have suffered greatly, however: WAY too much processed food, sodium, and food in general! I have made myself aware of this issue and I'm working on improvement, but it is not easy.
So, in the meantime, and while hubby is adjusting to being home again, I will need the support of you, my spark friends. Feel free to stop by my page and ask how I'm doing or remind me to drink my water.
