Okay this week is the first week since the start of the year I have gained weight. Granted it was only .2 pounds it still went up not down. After 2 weeks of around 4 pounds and last weeks 2.5 it is a hard hit.
I am still tracking but maybe not making the best choices. Still staying under but a lot of snacking that may not be necessary and not enough protein.
Also have missed a few days at the gym not feeling good.
Tomorrow is a new day and I need to get back in the game.
For our biggest looser competition I am still the highest overall weight loss at 4./89% lost but 2nd place is close at 3.91%. This is a huge accomplishment as we have 13 people in all competing.
Lets get through today and bring on tomorrow!!
