NEVER BEEN A RUNNER~A MILESTONE, MAKE THAT TWO :)

IVE BEEN TRYING TO COMPLETE THE C25K PROGRAM NOW FOR ABOUT A YR...WELL, LAST YEAR I GOT TO WEEK 6, AND STOPPED IN SEPT. WELL, AFTER NOTICING THAT I SLACKED UP WITH MY EXERCISE, EATING HEALTHY AND GAINING BACK 27 LBS OF THE 46 THAT I LOST, I BORROWED THE BIGGEST LOSER MOTTO STARTING JAN 1 OF NO EXCUSES.

SO, I AM REALLY COMMITTED TO FINISHING AND COMPLETING ALL THE GOALS THAT I SET FOR MYSELF THIS YEAR... JANUARY, I LOST 10 LBS AND SO FAR FOR FEB I HAVE LOST 4 LBS..AND HOW HAVE I DONE THIS...BY EXERCISING CONSISTENTLY, FIXING MY MEALS AND BEING PREPARED THROUGHOUT THE DAY SO THAT I DON'T HAVE TO HAVE A WEAKNESS BY STOPPING AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, I ALSO RESTARTED MY C25K PROGRAM AND THANK GOD THAT IT DIDN'T TAKE ME LONG TO CATCH UP AGAIN...WELL THE REASON FOR THE BLOG IS BECAUSE LAST NIGHT I RAN 2 MILES ON THE TREADMILL NONSTOP...I WAS SUPPOSE TO RUN 2.5 OR 2.25 ACCORDING TO THE PROGRAM, BUT I WAS SO INTIMIDATED OF RUNNING THAT LONG AND FAR WHEN THE MOST THE PROGRAM HAD ME RUN WAS AT 8 MINS...SO, WITH MY NO EXCUSES ATTITUDE AND GOD ON MY SIDE IT SHOWS YOU CAN DO WHATEVER AS LONG AS YOU PUT YOUR MIND TO IT...SO TOMORROW WHEN I DO MY RUN AGAIN, I WILL MAKE SURE TO RUN THE DISTANCE AS PROTOCOL..BY THE WAY, I AM SIGNING UP FOR MY FIRST 5 K TO RUN ON MARCH 31
