So my goals are:
1. Drink more water
2. Workout 3x/week
3. Track my nutrition and fitness
Here's how I'm doing:
1. I am drinking at least 8 glasses every day. I usually drink the majority while at work which I think is leading people to believe I'm pregnant again with how many bathroom breaks I take. Oh, well!
2. I am doing really well with this one still. I workout about 4x during the week and at least once over the weekend. I'm addicted to our new Wii. Hopefully I don't grow tired of it...
3. I'm doing okay with this one as well. I find it easier when we create meals off of SP so that I don't have to track every ingredient - but I will if that's what it takes. It made me see that I was cutting back too much. I need to add a few more carbs back into my diet and up my calories if I'm going to keep pushing as hard as I am.
We'll see what tomorrow's weigh-in brings. I'm super nervous this week. I knew I had lost weight last week so I was confident going into it. But because I lost 5lbs last week, I'm scared to see that I either only lost 1lb or that I didn't lose any. Oh, and if I ended up gaining .... I don't know what I'd do. Trying not to focus on it too much. Tonight's workout will be intense though - last chance workout :)
