An early rise and with energy. I don't know where that came from, but I'm going to ride it for all it's worth today.
I have stairs to climb in my house. We have the office on the second floor, so I do a lot of runs up and down the stairs daily. This morning, I thought how much muscle it actually takes to climb stairs, and I feel blessed that I can. I can't help but wonder what my elder years will be like. Will we have to close off the second floor and relocate our bedroom on the first floor? I sure hope that what I am doing now has its reward into my future. And, I wish my DH would jump on board with living a healthier life. He doesn't take good care of himself. Worries over it nag me, but I can't do this for him.
Up early with oodles of energy. So much so, that something needs to be conquered by me today, LOL. Ummmm, how bout that snacking beast within? Yep, that's a good start.

Client work, TONS of it before today's 2p meeting at accountant's
Kisses for darling Arden, but I will have to wait until the end of the day. Because DS2's bathroom renovation is not done, my friend will babysit over here today. I'll have to stay out of sight all day.
Maybe I'll do something wild like go to the bookstore after my meeting. I have some gift cards to use.

After a high energy day, hit the wall at 4p like a ton of bricks. It might have happened from the high sugar content of the snacks I consumed. Bah. I was more or less comatose for the rest of the evening.
