Feeling pretty good about myself right about now :)

Tuesday, February 07, 2012

Well, I usually weigh myself once a week, but because my scale is way off, I haven't done that at all since I started back about a month ago. So I wasn't really sure of my progress.

You know, how you have those pants that you can wear whether you've gained 20 lbs or lost 20 lbs, you just can't really tell too much one way or the other. Well, I have those and I thought they felt looser just not sure.

Just so happens that I have a coat - where you can tell, I buttoned it all the way up and it didn't pull - yee-haw!

Steady wins the race, last time I got so burned out becasue I did so much, that this time I am going to take it one day at a time and learn to enjoy everything. It's for life, if I don't do it now - then when????

Good for you, Dena! We get so caught up in what the scale 'says! We actually allow the scales to dictate our lives, attitudes and feelings about ourselves! God didn't invent the scales...satan did! Hehehe! Life is so much more than a number on the scales! It's about being healthy, energetic, satisfied and loving who you are! I am proud of you!

Love and Blessings,

Glad you aren't stressing any possible gains and looking on the bright side.

May need a pair of those jeans for myself nevertheless! emoticon
