Day 2 Double Black Diamond. 14:30 left. I look down at my HRM and my Heart Rate is blasting, 144. 2 days, 2 DBDs. I am pretty exhausted. I am working through some muscle exhaustion. I am sweating all over the place. I am tired. Jumping Dogs, 10 second Push Ups, Black Crow, crap. My mind is tired. I want to quit.
There's no room for 'I quit' in DDPYOGA, but there are answers.
Muscle Exhaustion? Mod.
New moves? Do 1, then Mod.
Tired? Safety Zone.
Sweating? Wipe the mat, Sally.
Mind tired? Arthur, Stacey, Dallas, Team DDPYOGA. They did it.
You're mind will screw with you, don't quit.
NEVER ... regret finishing a workout, but you'll regret quitting.
