Week 17 - Almost Half Way There

Wow, these past 17 weeks have just flown by! I cannot believe how quickly time flies sometime, but when good things are happening it tends to be that way. I must admit I have surprised myself so far when it comes to my lifestyle change, the old me would have given up a long time ago, but now I just want to keep on keeping on. Last week was a great week. I have lost more weight, and I was able to spend time with my awesome family. Lets take a look at some numbers from last week.
As you can see from the picture above I now weigh 276lbs. This means that at the start of my 17th week I have lost 57.6lbs. I am just 10lbs away from reaching my halfway point! My weight loss so far averages out to 3.3lbs per week since I started in October, and it also means that I only have to lose 1.6lbs per week if I want to hit my 200lb goal by the end of the year. This is very attainable and I honestly cannot wait to hit that goal! I am hoping that I can do it quicker, but if it takes until years end that is fine with me too.
As you can see from the chart above I still have a long way to go, but I am excited that things are moving in the right direction. I dropped another 0.5 off of my BMI score last week too.
From a exercise standpoint I burnt 7,770 calories from doing 6, 30 minute workouts. This week I am going to try and do more exercise so that I can keep this weight loss up. Hopefully by the end of the week the 260′s will be in sight!
