Physicakl Therapy went well this morning. I was put on the treadmill. In the beginning Oh back in December my Physical therapist thought i looked very sick. Today she says i look well and healthy and ahppy. I told her i paddled with my Dragon boat team on Saturday and she was pleased. I even went on the treadmill there. So I'm doing my own treadmill now at ome but starting out slow.

After we left there michelle called. she is in Oregon City for 2 days and nights. We met her and John her husband at Izzy's and ahd lunch. I love her to pieces. Michelle has the same eye problems i do but she woke up one morning last year early 2010 and was in total darkness. Blind. Imaine that. She knits excellent items like scarfs and ahts and baby hats and afghans, etc. After we ate lunch She showed me how to do loom knitting. I did a good job. Fair for the first time. Michelle lives in la Grande, Oregon and is out here for a Neuro/Optholmologist appt right down stairs from my Lap band Surgeon. I hope she comes out here again soon I really got along super great with her.
