Starting tomorrow, I will have been back here for 3 weeks now. When I first came here in June, I started to fall apart at the end of the third week, and I was still trying and continued to go on SP for about a week after, but I was struggling and eventually failed.
I was definitely losing weight faster last time, but I had no idea what I was doing. I wanted to reach my goal ahead of the goal date SparkPeople had set for me. I felt ashamed if I ate more that 1000 calories in a day, and I was very vulnerable when unhealthy food was in the same room as me. But now I'm trying to get within the goals set for calories, carbs, fat, protein, and fiber.
Usually, I'll be under in at least one of the categories, because I don't want to go over in the others. I added all my food in for the day, and by the end of the day, I will be within the right ranges for every single category! I got really excited about this and actually did my strength training for the day. Usually I "don't have time for it" when I can easily set aside a few minutes twice a week to do it.
Once I reach my first goal, which is to be back to my usual weight, 150, I will add trying to do all my strength training when I'm supposed to to my list of goals. At the rate I'm going, I might possibly reach that goal tomorrow! If not, I definitely expect to be there by next Wednesday when I weigh myself again.
