Well I've done my weight and measurements with Michele as well as the strength testing. Now I will do a time test for my mile run today and have my starting benchmarks for this journey. I've already lost 12 pounds and haven't really changed anything except not eating as much sugary snacks, trying to eat better and have been more active, but not on a routine yet.

I've decided to leave my LA Fitness membership and cancel the HAC. I like the HAC but it's 3x as much and I need to be saving my money.
