Okay finally wrapping my thick head around it.

To lose weight I have to be diligent about food or exercise. Eat less. Workout more. Eat better healthy. Move faster push harder.

I've been up and down about both. I need to remember it balances each other. Either eat less or work out more. And track, track, track.

    You can do it! You're just having a hard time in life right now, so I can understand why this issue is also hard. But I know you can do it. I just bought Zumba for the Wii and I love it and I'm going to start doing Just Dance 2 again.

    A lot of the primal research says that your body composition comes 80-90 percent from What you eat. So if you have to choose one, get the food worked out for a month or so and give exercise a back seat. After that, you will feel so much better, adding it back in will be fun!

    You're on the right track! Using the Nutrition Tracker really works! It will help you to lose weight easier if you adjust your carbs to a lower value. I have mine around 25% now with my healthy fat at 45% and my protein at 30%. This works very well for losing weight. According to Mark Sisson in "Primal Blueprint," to lose weight easily, keep your carbs at 50 to 100 grams per day.

    I plan everything I eat for the entire day the night before.
