The countdown sputters, but does not die! CtC: T-minus 102

First off, the verdict at the weight watchers scale.... 191.8 last week, 193.8 this week. +2 lbs this week BUT I'm still down 59.4 lbs from my heaviest.

And considering I was under stress, did not track, and just got that special monthly visitor (sneers), well, 2 lbs isn't that bad, really.

My plan to deal with it? TRACK (and maybe reward myself somehow for each day tracked), and drink at least 48oz (preferably 64 or more) of water a day. The exercise situation is iffy given that last night my treadmill started acting "jerky". Hubby thinks the belt needs to be lubed again.. I hope thats all it is. That treadmill has gotten consistent use since we bought it in the fall/winter of 2010. Maybe I'm too rough on it? LOL

Anyway, on to the tracking:

**note, the recipe says it makes 22 tbsp... when I made it I measured the batch and got only 16, so my points are based on that # of tbsp for the whole batch.

coffee w/splenda and vanilla creamer.....2 points.....5 remaining

activity points (target to hit for me is 26, WW recommends at least 14/week): 7 earned so far

I did 2.94 miles in 36:20 and figured I walked for about 10 minutes and ran the thats where I got my 7 from. :)
