I've been feeling like I have a cold coming on, or maybe just allergies for a couple of days...the mold and pollen counts have been pretty high...so I have had to take some meds to help me function...they make me sleepy and agitated at the same time!
I didn't really feel like working out yesterday, but I did it anyway, yay for me! I went on a long walk this morning with my dog...I'll probably get some more exercise in later. But, I'm listening to my body, if I'm still not feeling well, I may just take it easy, some light yoga...
I've made a couple of healthy meals...tilapia fish tacos with a yummy cabbage slaw (Cooking Light's recipe). The Spark cookbook's pizza crust came out pretty good too...I think anyone who likes white crust pizza would find it a nice healthier alternative. I like a whole grain crust though. I might substitute whole wheat flour for the white flour next time. I'm thinking about looking for a new recipe for lean center cut pork chops tonight...I buy them sliced thin, and they come out nice and tender and in small portions.
I've given in to my cookie cravings, and tracked them...bleck!!! But, I haven't gone way over calories...haven't really stayed within my range though...
My mood is good though. I finished Chapter 8 in The Spark, started the action steps. I want to keep the "Big Picture" in mind. I've noticed so many SP are doing really well with their fitness goals lately! Awesome work friends!!!
