It is my day for my book club and we always have a diet nightmare snack.
I am bringing the tangerines that grow in my back yard, even though they have seeds, because I do not want to eat the high calorie snack that is always available.
My weight is up to 190 and I am so discouraged because I have not been walking enough to loose.. only enough to still be gaining. My food is really high calorie and I thow away salad every week because even though I have planned for a salad ... I seldom make them.

    Hey Lady--I hope your days are looking brighter---I find myself eating more soups with more veggies added this time of year---I am having a problem eating right --it is weird eating alone and planning a balanced meal.

You took that weight off before and there is no doubt that you will find your comfortable weight in due time. I am enjoying the tangerines too---I find myself eating more fruit--strawberries, bananas, apples-- good stuff. Now, for me to leave out all the after 8 pm eating!!!!

    Salads just don't taste good right now. I share your feelings. I hate throwing it out.
You will feel better soon and we can get some walking in - that would make us both happy campers.
