I am slowly but surely getting back on the wagon!! I am working out more, eating better, drinking more water and exercising more. I was very, very depressed for awhile and I kept saying, when I feel better I will start working out again.
WRONG!!! In my head I knew I needed to work out to feel better and I was right
The physical pain from 2 teeth that needed to be pulled didnt help (they were extracted yesterday) but honestly, I was using them as an excuse. I just needed to get out of my own way.
I have started running more and it is helping my mood tons. I LOVE IT!!! I dont have the problems with my knees I thought I would and its great.
Ok, this was just a quick update with me
