Lost 3.5 so far Finally

This week I made it through the weekend with only tacos and nachos - and still lost 3.5 pounds so I'm happy.
My problem was that I was dieting again. I have to remember that it's a way of doing things not a diet. Hopefully it works for me. The last two MD visits showed that I am doing it most of the time. I had the exactly same A1c and Cholesterol #'s that I had last time I was there. I did let go over Christmas but not too badly thanks to the challenges on Spark!
So happy that it is coming as a habit now not to overeat!
It can be done and I'm doing it now! Woo Hoo!!!
Will not be weighing until next Saturday or Sunday am so will just live (except tomorrow I have to go help bake Valentine Cookies for church) wish me well - they are my favorite and the friend I'm baking with is a cookie monster also.
