Fat to Fit Challenge Update

I haven’t posted for the Fat to Fit challenge for 2 weeks now The Holiday Accountability Challenge that I was on ended yesterday with the superbowl;) Everyone on the challenge did AWESOME and we all made it through the holiday season without losing ground on our goals;)

Numbers for the 10 week challenge:
Weight – down 4.6#
Hips – down 2 ¼”
Thigh – down 1 ½”
Arm at Bicep – down ½”
Chest – down 1 ½”
Calf – down ¾”
Waist at belly button – down 3”
Waist smallest part – down 2”

Grand Total of 11 ½” lost…..WOO HOO, I’ll take it;) I think the biggest thing I learned through the challenge is the scale is JUST A TOOL, to understand better the day before or what is going on with your body.

I’m in the 4th week of the Cathe STS series Meso 3;) It is an AWESOME workout, that pushes you!!! Dee(aka Jazzid) and I are doing it together, we take next week off then we will start it up for another 4 weeks…….LOVE IT!!!!!

Workout for this week:
M - Chest/Back/Abs
T - Legs at gym/cardio
W - Core
T - Shoulders/Bi's/Tri's
F - Plyo Legs
S & S - rest;)

    emoticon Pam... emoticon I haven't seen that much of a loss yet.... but I am getting there... I know it will eventually happen if I stay on track....

I am looking forward to us doing the full Mesocycle rotation this spring... ahhhhh, the possibilities are endless!!!! LOVE IT!!!! emoticon you are rockin' it girl... emoticon

AMEN! Right from the start of this journey, I understood that this was not going to be about weight, but about body composition... it's saved me from doing a lot of stupid things to reduce the fat on my body.

Good for you! You are doing so well... you must feel so proud of yourself!

I can't wait until I am at the point where I am able to watch my muscles change... I think that will be super motivating!
