Day 34: Legs and other goals

I's the end of week five of the Jamie Eason program. it's been great and I feel pretty good. I have only missed one workout (missed as in not done, I've rescheduled some for out-of-town visitors). It's legs today and I am not looking forward to squats (especially now that I can do 120lbs on the smith machine...scary!).
Secondly, I'm going to fill out a worksheet this week about goals and the next 3 years. I've attached a copy here:
The point is to translate your vision into action items! Then I guess you are supposed to be motivated because the actions are connected to your authentic values and dreams.
