Well, I've decided to start over completely. My goal, as decided by SP, is to be 133 by July 25th. Which is great because that is when my niece or nephew will be born by! :) I am so excited to see him/her! :)
I lost focus back in August when my family visited from Virginia. We went to so many places, and my mind wasn't in the right mind frame to lose weight. I am now back and ready to kick some body fat! I am doing this with my boyfriend's help and support :) Today we went on a nice mile walk on the beach. I don't want to start off doing a whole bunch because I don't think that is the right option for me. I plan on just doing some walking first and then next week go back to the gym and hopefully start riding my bike again.
February was the start of no fast food for us. So far, we haven't! Woop!
My rewards are:
10 pounds lost, visit Marineland in St. Augustine.
15 pounds lost, new workout gear or a nice dress.
20 pounds lost, a pedicure and probably haircut.
Not sure what my final weight loss reward is yet. I will figure that out on the way. I'm thinking just finishing losing the weight is enough for me! :)
I also want to be able to run! Ugh! I felt so great when I first ran with the C25K interval podcast. However, I didn't do anything after that. During our walk, my boyfriend said that's what we should be doing and I so agree. Runners look amazing and look as if they feel so free when they are running.
