Giving the quick track a try vs continuing to try and use the detailed tracking.

I'm going to give the quick track a try. In general, I know if i've ate too much and what is healthy and not.... but i get frustrated and end up saying to heck with the detailed tracking if i'm not sure how many calories something is and then end up doing no tracking at all.. I'm thinking that if i use the quick track, it will help me to make sure i'm getting in enough of the healthy foods and also that i'm working out/moving enough. I will give it a try a few weeks and see if i have better success than the detailed tracking. :)
