I have lost 4 pounds since last Monday, and I totally attribute it to one of the challenges that I am in. I have had to track food and exercise to earn points, and since I am in this challenge with a teammate, I am holding myself more accountable. I would hate to not have similar numbers than her or have really bad numbers and know that I didn't really try.
So, the challenge started on Wednesday, and there has only been one day since that I didn't eat within my calories. I have also been training for a 5K (something I never thought I would ever be able to do).
The challenge continues today and tomorrow and then I will have my team weigh-in on Wednesday, so I definitely expect to see some great results!
