hello fellow sparkies!
i am in a bit of a rut. i got on the scale this morning and sadly am reporting a big fat ZERO weightloss this week. now it was the TOM and I did have some wine yesterday at a superbowl party...GO BIG BLUE!!!! Awesome game!
i am still following the south beach diet (on week 5) and i am still not eating cards. i did start eating fruit again, which has been great! i am never hungry and have been workign out 5 days a week, cardio and strength, burning an avg of 500 calories per workout.
yet, the scale is still not going down. i am wondering if i am not eating enough? i am eating between 1000 and 1300 daily. lots and lot so of water.
while i am discouraged, i realize healthy weight loss needs to be slow. i am enjoying my increased energy too!
anyone have any words of wisdom they can share?
